My last one leaves soon

Well, my last boy here at home leaves on Sunday the 22nd. The Senior Chief will pick him up and drive him to the airport where he will be flown to Boise, ID. He will be picked up there by a recruiter there to check in the motel, then early the next morning taken to MEPS then off to GL! Yes, we are VERY far away from our "local" MEPS:mad: Anyway...he may not be "my" own son, but Matt is like my foster in a way. He has lived with me for a long time, and he hopes to get to the Nimitz eventually to be on the same ship as my Justin! (those two have become very close friends)Matt is going in as an ABH...we will miss him on here, as he is the one who is the Arcade King! Maybe now I can get ahead without him constantly beating me!

I know it'll be hard to see another young man leave but you have experience on your side this time..:) It would be great if they could both be assigned to the Nimitz! Double the reason for you to visit So Cal..!!!! I'll keep you all in my prayers come Sunday.
