Aviation Machinists Mate 3rd Class Matthew Strand, assigned to the "Dusty Dogs" of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron (HS) 7, repairs the blades of an SH-60 Seahawk aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75).
