Matt will be back in the states in less then a month and home in about 6 weeks for leave. This deployment went by pretty fast. The last month is always the hardest for me. I have no clue why.
We got Vickie(Matt's sister) her ticket for the Tiger Cruise. She can't wait.
This past week has been full of emtions. It was Vickie's last tennis match of her college carreer, her b-day and graduation. I am having a hard time dealing with my baby is done with school grown and starting her life. She is moving back home so that wil be nice.

Wish her Happy Birthday for me and congratulations on her College Graduation.
Hope she has a great time on her tiger cruise.
Tell her she has to set up a photo blog so we can see her pictures from the trip.

I'm glad Matt will be home so soon. You won't know what to do with both kids under foot while Matt is home on leave. LOL

Please tell Vickie we want to see lots of pictures.

Glad Matt is on his way back home, well almost and that your daughter will be at home for at least a little while. Won't the noise and the dishes and the laundry be a wonderful thing? Strange how you can't wait to stop having all that and then when it is quiet in your house, you can't wait to have it back. :)

The grandkids trip - just decided that I was going - made the reservations and then told my oldest I was coming and I was coming to see those kids. He was okay with it, but I could hear the wife in the back ground asking where I was staying...In a hotel w/a rental car - not with her! I'm getting really excited to spoil those kids for a couple of days - sugar them all up and then send them back to mom. hehehehehe I'm an evil grandma.

Debbie.....I am so glad he is almost home...I know that feeling....so many changes going on at the same time is just about enough to make anyone crazy....hang in there...all will be fine! I am so glad that Vickie is getting to go on the cruise.....how wonderful for her and Matt!

Congratulations on your son's impending homecoming and your daughter's graduation and birthday. I know this must be a bittersweet time for everyone.

And Navymom, spoil those grandkids rotten and send them home on a sugar high each day! haha Next time your DIL will let you stay with them to keep an eye on things!
