i know in boot camp there was a girl who was discharged for soemthing with her thyroid, i'm not exactly sure what it was. but there is a girl that was in my shop here on the kitty hawk who has hypothyroidism. like my mom said, call and ask a recruiter because there are so many different chits and things you can get to still be able to join, if the case is that you can't. =]
