WE got a real phone call tonight.

Well I had a great I repeat great night tonight. I took my 17 yr. old and her boy frined and my 8 year old to a ball game tonight. Shortly after getting into the stands my cell phone rings thank god I had my blue tooth in or I may not have heard it ring.
It took my a min. but then I heard mom. It was my daughter Danni.
She got a one hour call tonight I couldn't stop smiling.
I did share the phone and let her say hi to her brother and sister then I got to talk.

She sounded so good, and even happy. She said the time is flying by the foods not bad and she is enjoying it over all.

We talked for a bit then I let her go so she could call her dad. So the whole family got to talk to her.

Shortly after talking to her it was time for the national anthem.
It never meant so much to me as it did tonight. As everyone else is proud of there recruit I am so proud of my daughter.

I stil have a huge smile on my face even though I am very tired, so on that note good night everyone.

Those phone calls do leaving a lasting impression. It is so nice to hear their voice, it really does warm your heart.

Oh....how wonderful for you.....I remember on time after battlestations Brandon got to call and I was at his high schools football game so after I talked to him my cell phone got passed around to all of the band and the friends in the stands....it was soooooo cool.....
