So if there is an "A" School and a "C" School - what happened to "B" school?

i think there actually is a "B" school, but it was kind of phased out due to technological advances. i could be mistaken, but i believe it was sort of an intermediate training back in the day for the people who didn't quite qualify for 'c' school, but nowadays 'c' school is needed, because of how high tech everything on the ships are. that's my best guess.

B School, according to my guide, is Boot camp.

Thats if I recall it correctly, I can look it up, its in the training guide, but im 90% sure thats what it is.

Its either that, or an officer course school, of the remaining 10% im 100% sure thats it.
