My daughter Kylie is finishing up her four years of Army ROTC in high school. At this year's awards ceremony she was awarded a metal for Academic Excellence and Perfect Attendance w/Leadership from the Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Here are the pictures.

I wish they had ROTC here in our schools, but they don't.

Thanks for the comments and congratulations - I will pass those on to her. As you can see I'm a very proud mom and have to say that ROTC has done wonderful things to prepare her for life in general. ROTC has given her the leadership and committment and determination she will need in every day life, let alone her adventure ahead in boot camp. Just can't wait to see her out of those ugly drab green uniforms! :)

yep....the Navy uniforms are just the coolest ever and they look wonderful in them...

WOW.................Way to go Kylie!!!!! You have every right to be proud of that young lady!!! Sounds as though she is headed in the right direction.........WONDERFUL!!!!
