Leap Frogs & Thunder over Louisville

The Navy Leap Frogs are appearing today at the Thunder Air show.
Pengilum282 got to go with his recruiter today to watch.
There is also a Nuc Sub crew there today and a Seal Team also.
The Air Show starts at 3:00 today and can be seen online I think.
The fireworks start at 9:30 and will wbe online.

He had a good time, I will have to get him to post about it.
He was very sunburned and tired when he got home. They had some type of rope ladder there on display and he got to climb and race some of the guys on it, and he got to watch the air show.

What fun! And a cool experience for your son too. I was thinking about everyone in Louisville/Prospect area on Saturday -- what fond memories. A lot of the planes used to fly right over our house, since we were so close to the river. Did you go --- are you planning to go to Derby???

We stayed home, but alot of the planes fly right over our house. We live in the staging area where they turn around to wait there turn to fly in.
We won't be going to derby unless we get to go backside, or get good seats.
We normally go on Oaks, but it has gotten so crowded that we go on the Thursday before Derby.
