Hello!
My name is Chance. I am a future sailor from Orlando, FL. Right now, being the fact that I am a immigrant, I'm limited far as choosing a job. I was going to go in as Undesignated (like my brother did) & strike later on down the line when i obtain my citizenship. If I do not go in as undes I was interested in PS. However, right now I'm at a stand still--I currently need to lose 10-13 pounds or 6%- body fat so i can complete my enlistment. I plan on accomplishing this before the New Years by following strict dieting and continuous Pting w/ my brothers in the Army. Any tips/advice?

PS: Definitely looking forward on networking w/ FS & Sailors. =] & I've taken ASVAB I managed to get a 60.

Height: 61'
Waist: 30
Hips: 44
Neck: 12.5

Welcome Aboard! Ask whatever questions you have and we will try to provide answers.

Losing weight, I'd cut cokes, etc and decrease food intake as well as increase PT.

Don't make your life miserable. I've lost 132 pounds to date. It's as simple as calories in vs. calories out.

Eat healthy, up the PT, and you'll not only make weight but be ready for PT sessions once you're at BC.

Don't forget some fruit, too! Vitamins and whatnot.

Plus fruit is tasty. ha.

Welcome! :)

Hey, my advice would be to reduce portions each meal but eat something every few hours, even if it's just a cracker or two. Maybe try scrambled egg whites, green beans/broccoli as a whole meal, and try not to eat for at least a couple hours before you sleep.

If you try skipping meals your body kinda dials back and refuses to let go of the fat.

Good luck on your weight loss. I was focused on that myself until a couple weeks ago. Lost 50 lbs in something like 4 or 5 months.
