you are DQ'ed. you sign a paper every week that says, among other things, that you have not gotten a girl pregnant in the past week.
Yep, you have to stay in the same acceptable general physical condition as you were when you went to MEPS. Being pregnant isn't one of the acceptable physical conditions.

can join after you have the baby
Yep, however, there will be several issues two of which, aren't good (#2 and #3):
1. There will be mandatory wait period after delivery before you can start the process. I think it is 6 months but couldn't find it in the regulations. A recruiter will have to advise you on that.
2. The recruiters may not want to deal with you, it is their option since when you signed into DEP you agreed to keep your physical condition generally the same as it was when you went to MEPS. Since then they have put a lot of work in getting you to Great Lakes and you blew it and they may not want to do the work again on your behalf. That is totally their option.
3. Dependency issues. Are you married, if so, no problem. If you aren't, you will have to give up custody to the father as the Navy will not let you join as a single mother.
So, what you are telling us is that you went and got yourself pregnant?
