How does he like San Diego? My son is out there too and actually sort of thinks the weather is boring at times - I think I'd deal with it though. :laugh:

Well seeing he is a farm boy, he is missing the openness of a smaller town. Other then that he is always rubbing it in his weather is nicer lol. He is always finding something to do out there. What is your sons rate?

DK is correct...he's an AG2 (also known as a weather guesser). And coming from Virginia Beach he liked the weather here more since we could be hotter than blazes, humid as heck and then have occasional snow during the winter. :rolleyes:

Awww ok. Well Joe is from Minnesota and I'm from Wyoming, were from the told states lol. we get more then enough snow lol.

My entire family could tell you....I grew up in the Midwest, loved the snow, blizzards, etc. while living there but can't stand that stuff now. A flake or 2 of snow is about all I like, nothing sticking anywhere, etc. :laugh:

oh for sure, I dont know many Navy Girlfriends on here, But a few. The ones I mainly know are on facebook lol.

There are actually a lot of girlfriends on here, they just aren't active. We forum regulars don't particulary like whiney girlfriends who think the world revolves around them instead of the Navy as it actually is. Occoasionally we get a girlfriend who wants us to give advice on how to talk a boyfriend out of joining the Navy. We try to get them to move on to other forums quickly

As long as they aren't whiney, self centered we love the girlfriends and hope they stick around and participate! We just don't like the prolonged, useless whining.
