Hi I'm new here! My name is Alexis and my husband is in boot camp. He should graduate April 20th, 2007. I am a very proud girl! He's worked so hard and this is a really good thing for him to be doing! I support him ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! I was raised Air Force so this is all new to me, the lingo and things like that, but I think I'll catch on pretty quit, so far, so good!

Anyway, I look forward to meeting new people, and finding "cyber buddies". Thanks!

Sounds like you know what to expect as far as the seperation stuff sinced you were raised military, that will be nothing new just the lingo.
You will have lots of cyber buddies here anytime you need.

Welcome! Wow...the 20th is just NOT that far away! It's good that you're already used a military life so you will quickly fall into the "Navy way"...lol!!! You are going to have a blast at PIR and will have so much fun that weekend. Doesn't matter how used to separation you may be, it's still hard!! You sound so positive and upbeat and that is so wonderful.

Welcome Alexis. You will probably run in to a lot of the same people on a lot of the Navy sites as we all seem to visit them all. Can never have enough support or friends.

I knew that was you Bonnie. First by your pic and then by your sig line! You are right! I am finding the same people on mulitiple sites but I find it's very comforting to know that no matter where we move I'll always have the same support group on-line. :)
