Hi everyone,
I'm also coming over from N-P. Like Bob, I took a few days to get familiar, and now I'm ready to jump in.
For those of you who don't know me (or even the ones that think they do!), here's a bit of background on my sailor and our family. I'm a longtime single mother of two. Andrew, the sailor, is my oldest, and Joshua, 15, is still at home. We live in metro Detroit, where I work as a civil engineer.
Andrew shipped out on 11/8/2006 and his PIR was 1/12/2007. He turned 18 while he was in boot camp. He's currently at GL attending A School for FC. He's an E3 because he is an Eagle Scout. He'll be home next weekend for his first visit since he left!
