The real first letter from Jennifer...lol

Well I went to the post office on my way home and on the way I thought when I read the first letter that it said....."Oh mom, I forgot to tell you some things"....so I thought maybe she wrote a real letter and that letter was just an after thought.....well.....

I WAS RIGHT......THERE WAS A REAL LONG LETTER IN THE MAIL!!!!!.....

She is doing great but misses everyone. She said it sucks but it is not too bad and that the Navy has made her ugly with those beautiful glasses they issue everyone.......and she really misses the computer....lol...imagine that....She wanted me to thank everyone that has been sending her cards and letters....she is loving it.

Bob....Evan'sDad sent her a really funny one and she said that when she opened it she cracked up laughing.....she almost got in trouble for my first card....cause it sang..."I will survive"

She wanted me to tell all of "The Navy Cafe" people that she has seen David from the cafe a few times but that he did not recognize her....

She saw it snowing for the first time and wanted to go out and play in it really bad....but.....could not!

She did say that she would not be leaving for A school till May 2nd so we will have the whole weekend with her Lord Willing and the Navy does not change their minds....

That is great that you got a real letter.
I haven't bought any musical cards, due to the fact that someone else said they might get in trouble for them.
Did she get her wisdom teeth out yet?

Glad to hear she is doing good, thats always nice.
makes us feel a little bit more at ease.

Tell her to come visit me anytime during the month of Dec. and Jan.

Yes it was much better this time.....lol....and do not send anyone musical cards....lol...not a good idea.

She said that she might have her wisdom teeth pulled this Wednesday so that would have been yesterday....I hope she is doing ok....at least she will have 3 days of bed rest and pain meds.....lol

It's Thursday, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, We got a letter from Jennifer today.

Hmmm, wonder how she got our address? I was really surprised when I seen the envelope. That was very sweet of her considering she probably has lots of people to write and very little time.

I'm so glad that you got a "real" letter from Jennifer. Yes, I know all about the musical cards ---- rather, my son does. That too, was the first card that we sent him -- because it was thick, and a card, he had to go someone special, (I don't remember where - maybe his Chief's office) to pick the card up, he was totally scared because he didn't know why he was called in, and then totally embarrassed when he realized it was all for a silly card from his family! I think he said the Chief laughed, so that was a relief! It seems like Jennifer's time is flying by -- of course easy for me to say, I'm not her Mom and I'm not there! She'll love Pensacola. Let us know when you hear from her again!

Delores....I had a thought last night on the way home from Church....If you have sent her cards then she probably got your address from that....

When I checked the mail after Church.....there was 2 count em 2 letters....lol...she is doing really good and said that she has such peace about being there.....the other girls are doing a lot of crying and whinning so they are getting a bunch of extra IT.....she was really mad at them for getting everyone in trouble but the she said she thought..."with all this IT I am gonna look good when I get done".....http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k34/robbysbabylady/smiles/c_laugh.gif

She also wanted me to thank everyone from here that has been sending her cards....she really appreciates it....and so do I! You guys are wonderful.

I am loving Wednesdays....or Thursdays....which ever may be the case.....with Brandon all his letters came on Thursdays not matter what but Jennifers are coming on mostly Wednesdays.....I love it!
