Hi Everyone! Thought I would join the crowd of people crossing over. I just love that there is yet another place to go to get first hand knowledge of people's experiences with the Navy. My Dad and brother were Marines and my sister was in the Air Force so I didn't know much about the Navy before my son joined.
Just a little background....my son left for BC almost a year ago. He is currently in SC in Power School, scheduled to graduate Memorial Day weekend. He would like to stay in SC since he's not all that crazy about expereincing NY weather after living in the south most of his life.
I live in Alabama with my husband and two daughters and am looking forward to meeting new people and staying connected with the NP family.
