Ok, so here is a brief guide to some of the many features of The Cafe, this will be updated as we think of things or add things.

Chat Room (http://www.thenavycafe.com/forum/misc.php?do=flashchat): We have a live chatroom, just look up in the left navbar for "Navy Chat Room (http://www.thenavycafe.com/forum/misc.php?do=flashchat)". There is also a legend on the front page that shows who is ion chat.

Photo Gallery (http://www.thenavycafe.com/forum/photopost/index.php): Here you can upload your photos to the site and share with others. Every member has a link in their profile that

Google Map (http://http//www.thenavycafe.com/forum/vbgooglemaphse.php): On the map you can add your location, Navy Bases, or interesting places you think other members may like to see.

Awards (http://www.thenavycafe.com/forum/awards.php): We would like to recognize current/formember of the US Military, just submit a forum if this applies to you.

Great info....need to add this all the computer geeks.....like me!

BB Code List (http://www.thenavycafe.com/forum/misc.php?do=bbcode): BB code is a set of tags based on the HTML language that you may already be familiar with. They allow you to add formatting to your messages in the same way as HTML does, but have a simpler syntax and will never break the layout of the pages you are viewing. The ability to use BB code is set on a forum-by-forum basis by the administrator, so you should check the forum rules when you post a new message.
