Just horrible. Some people here Think since they were driving a land rover, they were executive transporter and somebody very important was in the car. Just rumors and food for thought of course... reading how the friendly police force tried to flag them down and such and they kept going. Wtf?

I read another story yesterday where they found a liquor bottle in the vehicle. I sure hope not, not that it matters under the current cir***stances.

Yes, I will try to find the article again...

You know, on second thought. No, I'm not. I really shouldn't have even brought it up. It was kind of disrespectful on my part to post that considering the current situation with one of our Shipmates dead and the other MIA/POW.

KABUL, Afghanistan — A second U.S. Navy sailor who went missing in a dangerous part of eastern Afghanistan was found dead and his body recovered, a senior U.S. military official and Afghan officials said Thursday.

The family of Petty Officer 3rd Class Jarod Newlove, a 25-year-old from the Seattle area, had been notified of his death, the U.S. military official said on condition of anonymity,

Mother F.... Damnit. These people need to be killed in the most inhumane way possible. They probably took the guy, got what info they could, and killed him.
Heres to both Sailors, Casualties to a good cause.

yes but as much crap talking as i like to do about them... 2 wrongs don't make a right and we as Americans know this and should never sink down to the level of these people. Its okay, In my biology class I have learned that by the ways of natural selection and evolution mixed with all the new factors that humans bring in (specifically america with our technology and such).. middle eastern people will eventually be extinct because they are, and always have been; the least advanced country in existence.

Steve, I totally agree with you and I don't think the US or anyone in our military would resort to this type of tactics.

HOWEVER, the PC crap is really binding the hands of those of you who are on the front lines. I mean, really, putting a pair of panties on some guy head is considered torture?!

yea some of it is ridiculous I agree, but the Geneva convention was made and followed by most countries for a reason.

yeah I know, just annoys me how we end up with dead soldiers and sailors but if the military does anything as to tickle these guys with a feather, the hammer gets dropped.
