nice! too bad it doesn't really matter for you because ETs & FCs are push button e4 lol. this means when you get to your next duty station, you hit E4

Great job !!! True leaders don't rely on "push-button" advancements ... they kick butt every single day to make themselves better leaders. That pays bigger dividends in the end !!

Stay focused in school ... now is when that whole "Attention To Detail" you learned in bootcamp REALLY counts.

Cheers,
PISTOL

Chief is exactly right! to many people get out of boot and all they do it drink... when I was in A school, I was #3 in my class, got crappy orders, no advancement or anything (I had 98.7 % test scores) but I really believe if I keep working like I do, doing my job, not *****ing about crappy duties, working with the community, getting any and all quals I can get, I will get ahead. Even in the place I am at now... which is not near the best place to go for anyone...

It can be hard to keep a positive mental attitude when you are stationed in a place like that .... however, you just need to look at your role in the big picture.

It may be a crappy place for the individual ... but the Nation needs us to be there and make it work. That is our job, the tax-payers deserve nothing less than that.
