CTI info

Does anyone have any hands on experience with this? I am curious as to the ability to select your language of choice, stationing and day to day life info on CTIs...I tooka practice DLAB that the recruiter pulled for me and got a 90%, so he said I should pass the DLAB with flying colors...so i wanna gather some info. I wanna pick up russian since i already have some of the basics...
