Passed my IFA today!! Need to work on my push-ups and curl ups. run was good....:woohoo:

March 17th and my arms and shoulders hurt! (Hit the gym yesterday).
Running has never been a problem for me... I need to figure out my #'s needed for Boot since I am an old timey 28 year old.

Christ I leave in less than 45 days so I don't know about my IFA even being tested... (they mentioned something about not doing it). I know I can do the run no problem and yesterday I already knocked out those sit ups...
But 34 pushups without struggle.. Might be an issue... Damn my lack of upper arm and chest strength! Damn you Coors Light and Bass!

Thanks! I am working a lot on my upper body strength. I know I got it in me to get well past what is needed while in boot. My problem is tomorrow if they want to surprise me (didn't tell me yesterday) with my IFA or whatnot... well I worked out my arms/chest yesterday and today... im real sore heh. this morning trying to burn out some pushups worked, this afternoon... not so much.

I'm older too (33)....my times were higher....min 16:15 for run and I did 14:30. its ok but I want to be in the lower 13 mid 12's by boot. min 44 curl ups and
I could barely do 40. min 13 push ups I did 19......
