Well, thank the Lord it was not bad, I was on the highway doing about or or so and suddenly the bike did a slight fishtale, I quickly pulled over and by the time I got stopped it was bouncing pretty good. Ran over a nail....now it's in the 70's and my bike is in the shop waiting on a tire.
But thankfully nothing happened I and I didn't get hurt. :)

Im thinking about getting a bike at my first base station.
I like the Yamaha YZF600R http://www.motorcycledaily.com/052002side3.jpg and the Ninjas are nice to. Although the 600 CC in the YZF is a little big for a beginner to start out with. Got any suggestions on things to look at?

Although, something along those lines would deffinatly not be my first bike, unless it was used. To expensive to drop.

Although http://www.pardi.hu/img/gal-suzuki-gs500-3.jpg something like that would be alot more practical at first, although, I wouldnt care for the gaudy mirrors.
I myself think the old boxer style Beemers are cool. Of course hubby had a Triumph when we were dating. Alas no more bikes, a delivery truck a fallen tree on a dark winding road... luckily he only lost his watch, some skin and his good bell helmet. He was in the lead of his group and one of only 2 non doctors. LOL
