Today is my 1 year in the Navy. I'm at work tonight haha but me and macsteve celebrated by grilling some pineapple marinated chicken at work haha! Turned out amazing. If anyone would like to try it i def recommened it.
4 Servings.
1/2 Cup of Pineapple juice
2 1/2 tablespoons of Lite Soy Sauce
2 tables spoons of brown sugar
4 chicken breasts
1) Pour the Pineapple juice, Soy Sauce, and Brown sugar into a medium sauce pan and heat them until they start to steam but dont boil. Also make sure to stir the marinade and mix the brown sugar up so it doesnt burn.
2) Pour the marinade into a gallon plastic bag with the chicken breasts and let marinade for 4 hours. I recommend butterflying the chicken breasts. (if you dont have enough marinade to cover the chicken make another batch it will only take a minute)
3) Spray the grill with a pam and cook the chicken on medium heat.
