Be strong!....they will break you down from a civilian to bringing you back up a U S SAILOR!...be ready for mind games from your RDC"S. Graduation will come and it will be the most proud day EVER! Good Luck!

I think the best definition of mind games would be: They make you do stuff that you wonder "why the hell am I learning how to do this?". Just go along with it, it goes by VERY fast

Good luck! I am shipping out on the 13th so I am going through the same feelings. This is perhaps the most significant thing to happen in my life, and I tear up when thinking about what to say for my final goodbyes to my mom and sis. I've already said goodbyes to my friends and co-workers which was hard enough as it is. That's not to mention the stresses of doing finishing touches here at home such as packing up old unwanted stuff, maintaining an extremely tight budget, stressing over getting all of my paperwork in order for my recruiter, keeping my physical fitness up, etc.
Once I check out of MEPS and take that oath next Monday, I can finally take a deep breath and relax...at least for a few hours before I land at O'Hare.
The best advice I have for you is to spend as much time as you can with friends/family this week. Also my recruiter suggested getting A LOT of sleep the night before you ship out. Good luck and maybe I'll see you at RTC!
