What area(s) in specific ???

There are a few enlisted rates that deal with portions of it in one way or another. I am sure the officers have something going too ... just not very versed on that so can't speak to it.

I would say that something in the diving realm would deal with it the most. They have some obscure branches that deal with things like dolphins and such.
