Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know about an event I will be putting on next weekend in Coronado, CA. Its called the Navy Diver Olympics and it will be held Saturday, December 6th at Danny's Palm in Coronado.
Entrance is free and is open to anyone past or present that has served under the Department of the Navy. It will be mostly divers and SEALs but we also have a few marines signed up :)
Scoring will be based on a composite of 4 events: push-ups, pull-ups, breath hold for time, and diver trivia. Cash prizes will be handed out for the first 3 places and we are going to be giving out a lot of Luminox watches. Complimentary "beverages" will also be served. It should be a pretty good time.
